Goods exported from Italy to the United Kingdom and non-EU countries will be subject to the customs clearance process with the relative payment of taxes and customs duties. Payment of VAT will depend on the total value of the goods exported to the UK or non-EU country plus shipping costs.
Shipment departs no later than 15,00 of each business day from our main warehouse.
Customer agrees to receive the goods even if delivered within 15 working days from the order date. These times refer to products in stock at the time of order. If a pre-paid courier is lost, a research practice with a courier must be opened. Anyway, RCM Srl Will in no way be held liable for the loss itself. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, even in the seals of safety and closure. The goods travel at the risk of the consignee even if sold in free port. The existence of any damage or failure to match the number of packages must be immediately dispatched to the courier by means of a special notice on the delivery note.
Should the customer encounter anomalies in the neck, he / she must accept the product by writing on the document provided by the steward: " ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE - "Or" YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE + description of the detected condition ", Or" ACCORDING TO CONTROL RESERVES ", But the reason for the reserve should be explained in detail. Should the package be visible, or any other kind of anomaly, and the courier refuses to attach a specific reservation, refuse the goods and immediately report the occurrence to RCM Srl.
Once the document of the courier has been signed, the Customer will not be able to object to the characteristics of the delivery. If the goods received do not conform to the order (product, size or quantity), the customer must promptly notify it to RCM Srl and send to email@example.com a photo of the wrong product along with the production lot number.
